Evaluation

Your initial consultation includes body composition analysis, nutrition evaluation, general health screening, and goal determination. Your trainer will use the results from these evaluations to create an exercise program to accommodate your specific needs. Periodic reevaluations will help to measure improvements.


Medical Supervision

Before beginning the Personal Fitness Training Program, we request that each participant obtain a signed physician's release form.

 

Participation

All Personal Training Programs are individually designed to work toward your specific goals.

 

Example:

  • Cardiovascular warm-up or work-out

  • Resistance Training

  • Flexibility Training

  • Nutrition review
