What Is Personal Training?

Personal Training is a one-on-one, goal-oriented exercise program designed to meet the particular needs of each individual. Private training sessions combine motivation, guidance, and education to establish the general lifestyle changes necessary for lasting benefits.

All Athens Personal Fitness Trainers are Nationally Certified and have degrees in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related Science degree.
