Dee
Prince

Dee Prince
is the founder of Athens Personal Fitness.
He has worked for 10 years with physical therapists and physicians in
the rehabilitation field, and has actively worked as a personal trainer for
15 years.
Dee began Athens Personal Fitness in January 2000. He specializes in working with all population groups, especially individuals with neck and back problems and other injuries. Dee has a BSHE from the University of Georgia in Dietetics and Institutional Management. He is certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). |

Ryan Marsh
is the Co-Owner of Athens Personal Fitness.
He has been working as a personal trainer for the last 9 years. He is
certified through NSCA as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Ryan
has an Undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in Exercise Science as a Fitness
Specialist and a Master's degree from UGA in Clinical Exercise
Physiology. He is a former Red Cross instructor for CPR, first aid, and lifeguarding. He also has 8 years coaching experience with swimming and is a former P.E. teacher at UGA. Ryan currently competes in triathlons and completed his first Ironman on November 7th, 2009!!! He specializes in general fitness/weight loss
programs and sport specific training. |

Bree Marsh
is a nutrition counselor and personal trainer
at Athens Personal Fitness. She has an Undergraduate degree in
dietetics and consumer foods and a Master's degree in
Nutrition from the University of Georgia. Bree is a registered and
licensed dietician (RD). Bree has competed in numerous Figure Competitions. Her most recent success was placing an impressive 4th place in her class (of 34 competitors) in the 2008 Junior USA Figure Championships- a national level show. She has placed in the top ten in all her national shows in 2008 and 2009! Bree also competes in running events and triathlons! Bree welcomes
and works with all population groups and specializes in
high-intensity strength training. She also runs the
super-circuit on Saturday mornings. Come join the fun!!! |

Misti Cash
is the Athens Personal Fitness Office
Manager and has been working as a personal trainer at APF for
7 years.
She is certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America
(AFAA). She has worked 2 years in a hospital wellness facility & cardiac rehab as an aerobics instructor. She has worked 4 years as a health & physical education teacher. Misti has a BS from North Ga. College in Physical Education and Wellness/Fitness. She works with all populations, but specializes in working with seniors. |

Marvin Chapman is a personal trainer and massage therapist
at Athens Personal Fitness. He has a bachelor's degree in Exercise
and Sport Science from the University of Georgia and is certified as a
personal trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America
(AFAA).
He has a certification in massage therapy from the Atlanta School of Massage and is licensed in the state of Georgia. He specializes in combining balance,
flexibility, strength, and stabilization to improve the structure
and function of the body! |

Harrison Camp
is a personal trainer at APF. He has a BS from the
University of Georgia in Sports Studies and is working on a MS in
Kinesiology from Georgia Southern.
He is a NSCA certified peronal trainer and is a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) "C" licensed soccer coach. He has been coaching soccer for seven years! He works with all population groups and
specializes in sport-specific training. |

Nick Frady
has been a personal trainer at Athens Personal fitness for the
last 5 years. He has a BS from the University of Georgia in Health
Promotion and is certified as a personal trainer through the Aerobics
and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
He is a former wrestling and strength and conditioning coach for high school and middle school aged children and specializes in sport-specific training as well as conditioning for all ages and populations! |

Allyson Harten
is personal trainer at APF.
She has a BS in Education in Exercise and Sports Studies from The
University of Georgia as well as a minor in Childhood and Family
Development.
She has been accepted to the Medical College of Georgia's Physical Therapy Program and will begin studies toward her Doctoral in the summer! She is certified through ACE and enjoys working
with women to improve their overall health and well-being! |

Diane Johnson is APF's Flexibility Specialist! She works with clients to improve their flexibility, prevent sore muscles, relieve pain and stiffness, correct muscle imbalances, and maximize performance! She has made health and fitness her lifelong study, including a course in Exercise Physiology at San Diego Regional Occupational Program, certified Older Adult Fitness with AIFE, and 200 hours of training in Aaron Mattes' Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) program. One hour of AIS is $40 OR a whatever you currently pay for a training session if you are a member. Get flexible today! |
